If this is your first time visiting the website- WELCOME 🙂
So February is LOVE month and it’s already a few days away from March! where has it all gone?lol. This month reminds me of “heart health”, looking after our heart and being mindful of foods we can eat to improve our heart’s health and reduce risks of heart attacks… Check out the post I wrote Feb 2016 with a simple list of foods that promote healthy heart 🙂 #EATWELL #LIVEWELL
If you are subscribed to my newsletter or following me on my instagram Traycees Food Fashion, you would have seen a mention about a mummy event where I was going to be speaking at..
Well, it happened some weeks ago :). It was organised by MDO- Mummys Day Out (instagram name) and I was the guest speaker. I did a healthy eating talk/ live cooking demo which went down really well with the mums. I also had the opportunity to sign copies of my #TastyKidsrecipe cookbook which some mums bought and so great connecting and networking with different mums .
The reason I particularly liked the event was because it was one social event that allows mums attend with their babies and toddlers and mingle with others in a relaxed atmosphere whilst getting to network and connect with other mums…ISN’T THAT AWESOME!
See below a few pictures courtesy of the lovely MEIKO PHOTOGRAPHY- She’s got an awesome page (immeiko) on instagram! 🙂
Talk/ demo ongoing..
The lovely brain behind the Mummys Day Out event (Rachael), some sponsors and guest speakers – myself and Rubysuzecreates (vlogger, youtuber- check her out on youtube- HILARIOUS! lolzzzz
It all ended WELL and I was pleased to be a part of it!
KUDOS TO THE MDO team, more success!
Mums do a good job and we should celebrate ourselves! –Celebrate yourself no matter what cos you are worth it!…
Over the next 5 weeks, I am doing a short FOOD AND FAITH TALK talk on Facebook live which I will be sharing on my Youtube channel as well Traycees Food Fashion
Each week, I will share one step to implementing healthier eating habits in the home (why it is important and simple techniques to tackle some of the difficulties in eating healthy).. oh as well as some myths that many of us have heard or believe?
I did the first one last Friday on Facebook (step 1 of 5), so sharing from the channel- check it out here
